Sushi Night: The Tradition Continues

DSCN1868 Since I moved to Park City in 2004, our friends the Zwahlens have invited us and the Andersons (plus a few more)  over for the best sushi experience one can have, not to mention the MOST sushi for your money!.

Picture this:

5-8 Zwahlen Kids (this number changes as the family grows)

Varied number of adults and their kids/fetuses

Freshly cut veggies

Big pot of sushi rice and nori paper

Wine and Sake

Fresh fish and crabmeat

Don't  forget the cream cheese and pickled ginger!

Everyone gets to help and offer suggestions for each sushi roll...some spicy and some sweet, and ALL delicious! DSCN1867 DSCN1869DSCN1875

Yum! Rob, Pete and Joel introduced me to sushi for the first time and now I love it! We make it at home all the time. The guys usually make it while the girls sit and drink wine, its a wonderful thing :)!
