8 weeks to go!

Just typing that kinda makes my stomach turn...am I really ready to try this whole natural birthing thing again?  Not really.  Not only does the thought of laboring and pushing make me nervous, but the thought of having two kids scares me even more.  I have a long list of things to do before this baby comes:

  • Review my birthing books
  • Come up with a baby name...any suggestions?
  • Attempt to move Parker to a big boy bed--we shall see...
  • Buy a car seat--ask me sometime why I don't still have Parker's, its a humorous story
  • Go to Chicago for Annie's wedding reception
  • Play in a YL golf tournament (at 36 weeks pregnant)
  • Oh yeah, go to work and take care of my boys!
  • Last but certainly not least...PRAY lots!

Just for an update, I am feeling well. Baby is head down and measuring the right size. Heartburn is in full swing and the nighttime tossing and turning continues (for both me and the baby).  Parker came close to his due date, so we'll see what this one decides!

Although I think you are crazy for not taking drugs (they are the best!), I am so excited for you!!! Hope this time flies by!!

I will be praying for you too! As for baby names I heard two cute girl names recently, both are in our same circle of friends so I couldn't use them. One was Paisley and the other was Selah (from the book of Psalms-it means something like pausing to meditate on God???not exactly sure) I can't wait to hear if it's a boy or a girl!!!
